Kimisaprincess Inc., Kim Kardashian`s company, has been slapped with a $100 million Patent Infringement Lawsuit, over the LuMee phone case.
The lawsuit has been brought by a company named SnapLight. The company is claiming that, in 2013, the phone case was originally licensed to SnapLight by a man named Hooshmand Harooni
The court case revealed that, SnapLight has been relieved of their profits since Kim Kardashian-West started promoting the phone case and as a result, she has been receiving a cut of the proceeds from the LuMee phone case.
Kim`s camp maintains that, the law suit is without merit and has been filed as a ploy, simply to force the reality Television star to cut a check.
Meanwhile, Kim Kardashian, continues to maintain her innocence, allegedly.
